  On those early albums I fell in love with the angles, the scree, the defenestrating guitar, the splatter of drums like chopsticks skittering across the pavement...and, somehow, the sweetness... This is my favourite Deerhoof album, though. Even more favourite than my last favourite: Love-Lore. I wish I were aging with such aplomb. If my life was a new record, it would sound like boiled perogies. albinobone
